Hi ravi,
To start ur J2EE server , first of all u need to change the userconfig.bat
file. In this file u have to specify the JAVA_HOME & J2EE_HOME. Then save
this file and run userconfig.bat on command line.
then try running J2EE - verbose. I hope this will solve ur problem.
