set J2EE_HOME AND JAVA_HOME in system environment.
use control panel->goto system->environment->
there set JAVA_HOME,J2EE_HOME and
set j2ee lib path and jdk lib path in Path
set j2ee bin and jdk bin in classpath


CLASSPATH : .;D:\j2sdkee1.2.1\lib;d:\jdk1.2.2\lib;
J2EE_HOME : d:\j2sdkee1.2.1
JAVA_HOME : d:\jdk1.2.2
Path:%SystemRoot%\system32;d:\j2sdkee1.2.1\bin;d:\jdk1.2.2\bin;
