The 70 percent number was part of a study done by Upstream Consulting in
January of 1999 on EJB containers in production.  It only included the BEA
WebLogic Server Product -- not Tuxedo, etc.

I do not know of a study that has been done more recently.  I have heard
that Gartner Group was planning one, but I have not seen anything.

It must be wrong. If you take their 70%, plus our 25%, that leaves 5%
for the remaining vendors :-)
