There is nothing stopping someone from downloading and reusing your intellectual
property in some form. You just can't stop all forms of infringement. I don't
blame the companies as much as the programmers and consultants working for the
companies. It's not possible to control the developers in most cases and the
pressure to get things to market creates and environment that heats up the pot.

Sounds great. I've heard of EJBOSS and supported it when you guys first came out
but the real question is are you making money off of this? Has it improved
revenue. If you can show this to people like myself I would gladly go open source
but the list of GPL companies that go bankrupt out-weight the VA-Linuxes.
