I am tempted to call you silly but will refrain from doing so because I
don't know you well enough.
I have no idea what you mean by this statement <You need to quit spamming
mailing lists>
I have been a member of this list from it's inception and one of the issues
we ironed out pertains to job postings.

<A java related job posting is acceptable as long as it's brief and people
don't reply to the list ok!>

Now mark if you don't know....let me inform you....

1) I am a senior enterprise-javabean consultant.
2) I participate constructively on this forum.
3) I am currently working on a J2EE compliant framework

After stating the above I will like to ask the following question(s):

1) Does it make sense to seek Java developers elsewhere when I communicate
with a bunch of them daily?
2) Do you really think this list is not being monitored by CTO's waiting to
snatch up good talent?
3) What other benefit do you think people derive from this list?
4) Do you think it makes economical sense not to offer java contracts to
people you know are capable of doing a good job?

If you have answered yes to any of the above listed questions then I have
succeeded in making my point.

Thank you

You need to quit spamming mailing lists which are not for recruiting
purposes. This list is for the discussion of EJB's, not headhuting. I know
that you mean well, by if we let one of your tribe in, soon many will follow
and this list will be useless.
