I haven't run into any issues using it as such, but I'd suspect it's not
as fast at serving html pages as a plain jane html server like Apache or
IIS.

Of course with all of the license agreements on these app servers
essentially threatening legal action for unfavorable reviews, I doubt anyone
has done a side by side comparison test...or at least one they can publish.
