Is this the same patc that didn't implement ejb associations?

WebSphere 3.0.x is not EJB 1.1 compliant
According to IBM's materials, WebSphere 3.5 is not planned to be EJB 1.1
compliant.
According to IBM's materials, WebSphere 4.0 (due early 2001) is planned to
be EJB 1.1 compliant.
