KurtC, You said you can do the same thing [i,e weblogic,j2ee, JDK1.2 ] but,
weblogic does not come with drivers for sqlserver 7.0 and using kawa,
creating a entity bean is quite tedious...

Also, it creates no of sql sessions, once u open the entity bean wizard..
