Dear all,
I want to confirm a point about Manifest file.
The point is that
In case of Enterprise Java Beans, there is a manifest
file for Deployment Descriptor that tells the
container the information about Bean specific files.
When descriptor is providing us the whole information
then why we need Manifest file
It looks very simple that the functionality of both
files are same, then why to put both of these files
for same purpose.
You may please tell me that if there will be different
Manifest files for each Deployment Desriptor or only
1 Manifest file for each desriptor in Enterprise Java
Bean?
Another Issue related with Deployment Descriptor is
that Whether Different Vendors use different Format
for Descriptor or same .ser format
I will be obliged to you if you minimize my problems
related with these issues
