The 'ejbCreate' for a stateless session bean does not directly correspond to
the 'create' on the home interface. The 'create' on the home interface gives
you an object reference, but the component instance creation (which calls
'ejbCreate') is permitted to occur when the server needs an instance to service
your request and it cannot find a pooled instance for re-use.
