The web site is hosted by a partner not by us.  I did however check with the
partner and the site has not been down at all.  I ve also tried just about
everything and seen no issues.  Im not sure what problems you saw, but you
can address them with the company which put that site online.  Im sure
they'd appreciate any feedback on issues that you had making it into their
domain.
