Ah! OK, thanks very much. I grabbed the latest spec and read this.
But I think I didn't describe my question too well. My understanding of a
"dependant object" was that it is not an actual entity bean but instead is
a concrete class with no remote interface exposed to the client.
I am more concerned about relationships between actual entity beans. I have
read the spec again (in particular section 9.5.3.2) and that seems to imply
that entity beans can have one-to-many relationships managed in CMP. In
particular, I am trying to figure out if one-to-one, one-to-many and
many-to-many relationships can be supported between entity beans using CMP
in EJB 2.0.
What do you think?
