So there shouldn't be a problem to declare bussines methods as final, as
this methods shouldn't be overwritten by the container, just called... am I
right??

I believe the reason is to allow vendors to implement CMP by generating a
subclass
of type BMP. Which is also the reason why in EJB 1.1, CMP returns the PK
like BMP in
the ejbCreate method.
