Some servers, such as BEA, allow the developer to add a startup class.
Else you may try to put some code in a static {} bloc in your class, but it
probably not legal in the EJB spec (try-and-pray design...)
Another solution is to start a client in the server launch script. This
client will probably needs to wait for the server to be up and ready.
