Yes, I actually have a test that try to create 10000 EntityBeans.
Also, the client that create the 10000 EJB is another EJB on the same
server !

I m also searching tools to help me searching for this performance problem
!!
If someone know some tools to analyse EJB performance ?

Try to create 10,000 beans using multiple threads. You may be seeing the
effects of delayed initialization, HotSpot compilations, connection pools
being populated, I/O delays going to the database, and whatnot. Creating 3
entities is not a good test.
