"Weblogic Enterprise" is WLE not WLS. WLS 6.0 is the first
to incorporate this feature -
"WebLogic Server 6.0 supports distributed transactions and the two-phase
commit protocol with a specification-compliant JTA implementation. This
implementation works with any certified XA-compliant resource such as
WebLogic JMS and the WebLogic jDriver for Oracle."
