If you don't include the helper class in the session bean or entity bean jar
file, then the path where the helper class exists should be specified in
StartWeblogic.cmd file Weblogic classpath

If the helper class is included in the session or entity bean jar file, then
the jar's path must be specified in the Weblogic classpath of
StartWeblogic.cmd file
