after finding the right person, most of my problems just went away. I
suppose I need better customer service navigation skills.

this may be a vendor specific question and perhaps shouldn't be posted here.
but I'm unsure as to the correct forum. I cannot get any assistance from
BEA. they have sent us the wrong licenses on several occasions, refuse to
provide documentation, and make no progress on any of the cases we send
them. when I ask about this, they simply state I am the only one with these
difficulties and that everything is perfect in BEA land except in our case.
...........I have a hard time believing that. any other experiences out
there?
