I am reading version 2.0, proposed final draft 2 (dated 24 April 2001).
Unless I've overlooked something, section 17.4.1 restricts only entity
beans with EJB 2.0 CMP to Mandatory, Required, and RequiresNew. It makes
no explicit statement about restrictions of transaction attributes
on local interfaces, e.g. of other kinds of entity beans or session beans.
