It depends , for which appserver you deploy. If IBM Websphere, then VAJ is best since VAJ and Websphere compatibility is good.
Otherwise also ,I would suggest VAJ. Since it has good support for EJB development and debugging , Connectivity to any legacy systems and many more user-friendly features with Smart Tools.
