There is a free UML editor with Java forward and reverse engineering
capabilities that my team is currently evaluating. From the posts to
the associated forum, it has it's share of problems. Still you may want
to check it out at http://www.gentleware.com. It's a free version of a
commercial product, so maybe paying customers will be an insentive to
quickly fix existing bugs...
