Use a loadbalancer before the NAT. I'm not too keen of software or
appliance load balancers, but hardware load balancers are available
from:

Foundry Networks

Server Iron is the most robust I've used, and yields the best value. We
at Code Foundry can help you out getting a Server Iron.

Cisco

The LocalDirector and DistributedDirector series are the ones you want
to look closely. Production of LocalDirector units has decreased, so
they're difficult to come by.
