Thank you very much for your advice. I changed the default options in "audio devices" to HDA Intel (PTLIB/Alsa) in my Dell and it's now working. The funny thing is that the default option is "Default (PTLIB/Alsa)" so I thought they were the same and I didn't try with it when I first got this issue. Anyway, it's now working.
