Il y quelque temps, j'avais commandé deux caméras de poche chez le Chinois du
coin.
Une pour moi, et l'autre pour mon copain JP.
La mienne a fonctionné quelques jours. Et l'autre? Elle n'a même pas voulu
démarrer!
J'ai alors envoyé un mail au vendeur pour lui faire part de mon désagrément.
J'ai obtenu une réponse ultra rapide et fort aimable (voir plus bas), d'où il
découle en résumé que:
- il me demande de renvoyer les deux caméras à son adresse personnelle afin
qu'il effectue lui-même les vérifications et le retour.
- je lui fournisse mes coordonnées ebay/Paypal afin qu'il me rembourse les
frais de colis suivi dès qu'il aura reçu les deux bestioles récalcitrantes.
Il est bien évident que je vous informerai du suivi de cet épisode.
Mais sans vouloir polémiquer, je suggère à certain(s) commerçant(s) de
l'hexagone d'en prendre de la graine!

May be the overheat damaged the power button, and the camera refused to turn on.
