Salut,
Ca veut dire que les transporteurs aériens et beaucoup d'autres refusent
de transporter les piles et accus contenant du lithium, sauf sous
conditions de quantité et conditionnement de sécurité très
contraignantes et coûteuses. Je ne vais pas joindre encore une fois les
documents IATA 2013 (qui renforcent encore les restrictions) mais Didier
S. doit pouvoir en dire un bout.

shipping partners that they will no longer be able to ship orders
containing *lithium based batteries* on behalf of HobbyKing from

23 September 2013 and 2 October 2013 may have been affected and
returned to the International Warehouse.
The shipping options that this will affect are EMS, Singpost,
Registered Mail, Air Parcel and China Post.
