Hi, I don't know how to debug a JAVA process. Haven't heard about jstack until it was mentioned in this thread. All I know is what I've posted in my first message.
I've restarted ES, and currently I've no stuck thread to investigate. In the mean time, you can teach me how I should use jstack, so next time it happens I'll be ready.
