Hi David, If the microHam Mac drivers allow you to create virtual serial ports that are recognized by OS X, then the digi keyer should work w/o any need for the KUSB. If not, then you'll need the KUSB. I'm not sure what chipset the KUSB uses, but there should be OS X drivers available. I'm using Keyspan USB to serial devices.
I've tested on 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5. Should work on 10.2 also. But everyone should upgrade to Leopard (10.5). It's way cool.
