I've just started building a K1 with all options. I'm considering the
following mods during this initial build:
1 - "Linearize" the tuning pot with a 100K resistor - this appears to
already be incorporated as shown on the schematic.
2 - QSK thump - adding a 220 ohm resistor and 22uf cap at Q1.
3 - AGC - decrease C31 to 0.47 uf
Others to consider?
4 - What is the equivalent point to the K2's 8R line for connecting the
external amp keying circuit?
Advice appreciated.
