Hi, This is a computer software issue. Audio software normally have an option to listen what your record or monitor from de line-in of your sound card. But sometime, software do not offer it....
I have on my computer 2 softwares acting like a spectroscope.... One of them offer me to listen to the sound that come from the line-in with the line-out.... from my K2.... The documentation on the sound card in my hp zu1175 seems a bit sketchy, and no doubt this may be something most people do not want to do.
