As I recall, the back in the '70's when they didn't turn the clocks back their 
was a concern, at least in the more populated areas, for the school kids being 
out in the dark in the morning. 

 I thought if that this morning when, for the first time in a few weeks I could 
see the kids walking to the bus stops as I drove to work.
