In chasing my audio at the Line out jacks problem i noticed that when i turn on the Sub rx i get a "GF" error and then the frequency display shows the dialed frequency. It's just there momentarily. This has been happening for some time but i forgot about it.
Today for some reason i noticed that i had lost and signals i had tuned in on the Sub rx. Worked fine yesterday. Now i see noise coming from the Sub rx, i hear it in my headphones but there is no signal of any sort there. The Main rx sounds fine but nothing out of the Sub but random noise. I have been watching the Line out audio thru the PC using DM780 or MMTTY or WSPR or any of several different display programs. Yesterday and early this morning i was watching the WSPR frequencies on the Sub rx and tuning the CW band (20 meters) with the Main rx. Then later in the morning i noticed that i was no longer processing any signals thru the Sub rx. Only one antenna hooked to the radio. Where did i go wrong? or, what went wrong? I'm wondering if the "GF" is what might be part of my problem here. Anyone see that before? Lets start with this.
