Man I must admit I really dig the ability to move the CF... On numerous occasions I'd be listening to a QSO and I'd want to look over and check another portion of the band.... However in PowerSDR I wasn't able to do this without leaving my current frequency. This was an even bigger problem in that my sound card was only a 96Khz version. However I really dig that with the P3 I can move the center frequency over and look at the CW portion of the band even if I'm up at the top end of that band.
Very cool! ~Brett (N7MG) PS: another thing that I really like about the P3 is that the resolution of the data displayed remains the same no matter what I have my span set to. In powerSDR with the LP-PAN you've got a fixed sample rate and thus your data points are greatly spread out when using narrow spans. Not so with the P3. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
