Hi Simon, You are not liable to import duty but most of my many orders from elecraft (even with commodity codes correctly printed on the box) still arrive with a demand for import duty before Parcel Force will hand over the parcel.
Keep every sticker on the parcel just in case you are charged. I have always been able to reclaim import duty but it is very long winded, usually taking several months and they have always asked for the "original" customs labels/invoice to support my refund.
