The discussion below is one approach, but not the situation I am dealing with. I am looking for a way to access the signal from the K3 that tells the ATU to TUNE. I want to use the front panel ATU button to start the TUNE process, not a button on the tuner. Leaving the tuner in AUTO mode is an annoyance I really don't like. There has to be a signal that tells the internal ATU to start tuning, so I want to acess that signal to send to my LDG or AH-4.
