Dave, Is there any chance that you are running PowerSDR/IF v 1.10.3.4? It would cause exactly that kind of frequency shift - even when the buttons on the K3 were used. The amount of shift was the CW pitch that was set in PowerSDR/IF. Upgrade to v1.10.3.5 to fix it.
