After changing bands and while adjusting the antenna tuner for a low SWR the K1 transmit power level may drop to a watt or so. But the power does not come back after the adjustment is complete. Then if the K1 is turned off, then back on, the output comes back up to the original value. Is this normal ? The antenna is an endfed wire with a large above ground counterpoise system.
