I can't get the custom settings for NORM1 or NORM2 to save. FW 4.012 I set the bandwidth where I want the custom setting to be for NORM1 (800HZ), I hold the SHIFT knob until it says <-- SAV --> and then still holding rotate the knob to NORM 1. I release the knob. When I hold SHIFT for <-- NOR --> it's back at the default of 400hz.
