Im away from home so I'll be brief Remove the P3 back panel power plug Disconnect K3 power supply Reboot PC Connect K3 power. Do not connect P3 power. Press K3 power button. K3 should come in without backlight LCD and MCU LD in dark letters. Start K3 Utility Navigate to Port tab Press test communications. You should see warning popup with boot loader found Navigate to firmware tab Browse to folder containing all firmware files.
