Pete, I think the answer is simple - just do not respond to posts where the sender does not want to identify himself. I *might* try one response if it looks like a sincere request for help from someone, but I will ask that they identity (firstname and callsign) on any subsequent posts.
I proudly identify all my posts and anyone can look up my info at QRZ.com.
