I just received a e-mail from Elecraft that my front panel has the holes for 
the push buttons punched to big,

and they are sending me a replacement panel.

I would never noticed it as the the error is so small.  I have equiptment in 
the shack that has a bigger gap than that.

Now this is what I call real customer service, how many other mfg. would do 
this?

I don't know if the crew at Elecraft ever sleep.  they just keep improving 
there products with up grades,
  
I can't wait to see just what they have hidden in the back room under 
development for next year.

I wish a Very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all at Elecraft  and I hope 
the next year for them is better than this one.
