Geoff: I had this same problem back in mid October 2010 (may still have it... I just haven't tried to do the RF Cal recently) and swapped several emails with Dick Dievendorff on the subject. We came up with nothing and he was going to confer with Lyle when he got back from vacation. Obviously, this wasn't at the top of the priority list :-D .
