John mine does exactly the same when setup as you did. I went back to the previous revision

On all the other bands I can get the usual panadaptor and waterfall displays, but on 23cm there is no spectrum display on the panadapter (for any signal level or ref level) but the waterfall turns bright red across the screen. When first powered on I can see what looks like a correct display for a second or two, then it disappears. The P3 transverter gain calibration setting does not appear to do anything, having selected band 4, pressing the knob again gives an onscreen display of "nan" and turning/pressing the select knob has no effect.
