Don/W3FPR helped me find the problem. It was relay K15. The rig had worked great for about 9 months before it quit. Must have been some stress in the relay from soldering. We did this off the reflector so I am posting here in case others have a similar problem. Don's instructions are easy to follow and he replies quickly.
