The CW width is always the setting it was on when I turned off the radio.
 It never resets.  The 400 Hz is there so there is something in the slot the
first time the radio is used.  It is saved by band, so you will run into it
first time on a band.  Just set it where you want it.  It will keep it.  If
you hit XFIL button to change bandwidths, it will use the bandwidth you
stored with the K3 config utility, or stored using the CONFIG menu entries
for that filter.  Utility is a lot easier to set up filters.

What did you put in the bandwidth for filter 5 entry on the K3 Utility
configuration tab, configure crystal filters button?
