Vic, I'm not sure which folder you are speaking of that the hex file should be in but I'm suspecting it needs to load with the other DSP firmware. As best I can remember I think I saw that file load with the other DSP files. I'm away from the radio now but tomorrow I will reload the DSP firmware and watch for that hex file to load.
