Hi Lee, You'll definitely want to read a book or two on PIC coding, and you should carefully read the data sheet for your selected part(s). But if you get stuck, let me know. I've been writing code for PICs for many years, including the firmware for all Elecraft transceivers, and I can probably give you a little push in the right direction. I'd also suggest you sign up for the Microchip user forum. Members of this group are pretty civilized and usually give good advice. One final tip: If you see an error message pop up during use of any PIC development tool, just put it in quotes into a Google search. You won't be the first one to have seen it. This is often the quickest way to solve a problem with tools such as MPLAB, compilers, etc. 73, Wayne N6KR ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
