What I would really like to see and there is plenty of room inside the P3 is to be able to add a external sensor and electronics to display trapezoidal and other information regarding the transmit signal similar to what the LP 500 is proposed to do. This would be great to have all those features also in the P3. After adding the amp and tuner and a super feature increase to the P3, my K line would just about be complete. Of course it this were to happen, my favorite (NOT) Japanese manufacturers would be thrown into a frenzie and tizie playing catchup, while R&D at Elecraft can come up with the next dream machine. It would kind of be like back when the giant was sleeping and remembering Pearl.
