Johnny, if the weather is nice, you get to see a lot by taking the Circle Line boat tour around Manhattan.
A great (long) walking tour would be to go through Times Sq, starting maybe at Broadway & 52, walking downtown to 42. Then continue down to 34th st and go west to get to the stairway to the High Line, an elevated parkway walking route that takes you down to the West Village. From there, walk down the west side to the World Trade Center site to see the construction and re-growth. Thence down to Wall Street, ending at Bowling Green Park. By then you'll be exhausted but you'll have had a great day. Just walk walk walk. 73, Tony KT0NY On Sun, Feb 20, 2011 at 8:15 AM, Johnny Siu <[email protected]> wrote: > ...I have not been New York before... ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
