Hi John, I recently had a very similar problem. In my case, all bands were putting out over 100 W except I could only get 90 W on 30m into a dummy load. I counted & recounted (& recounted!) the turns of the corresponding toroids and double checked that I hadn't mixed up capacitors in the those low pass filters. Everything checked out so I wasn't sure what to do next. In semi-desperation I recalibrated...and then everything checked out, all bands over 100 W. Before trying that you might first double check that you're getting correct output without the 100 W stage, >= 10 W on 10/12m and >= 15 W on the rest if I recall correctly.
