Greetings all! Construction of K2 SN-4947 is progressing nicely. Phase one of the RF board is complete.........all parameters are well within tolerance. The ease of performing the menu driven adjustments was surprising! I've been building kits for many, many years; Eico, Knight, Heathkit, etc. The Elecraft experience is second to none........quality exudes! The packaging of components, the instruction manual, the quality of parts and printed circuit boards is remarkable. I catch myself smiling from time to time as I think about the insight and creativity that went into this kit's design.
